Our Story
a calling
Ask Nora Community Care Initiative was officially founded in 2025, but its roots were planted years earlier through consistent service, faith and community care. Founded by Nora and Tashika, both mothers and women of faith, this ministry grew out of lived experiences shaped by resilience.
As single mothers. we encountered seasons of hardship that revealed the power of community, testimony and hope. These moments, combined with years of volunteering in community kitchens, churches and nonprofit-led outreach efforts, moved us to establish a ministry dedicated to serving others with compassion and dignity.
Ask Nora exists to extend the same care we received and more — grounded in faith, strengthened by community and centered on love in action.
